Imagine your next project supporting the J&J Real Estate Strategy & Analytics team as an Administrator Support, where you will play a key role in document management, onboarding, and the development of global standardized templates and policies.

The Administrator Support role reports into the J&J Real Estate Strategy & Analytics team and is responsible for document management, onboarding administration, and maintaining / updating departmental policies, playbooks, and templates. Supporting the Senior Manager of Strategy & Analytics, this role aids in developing future document management enhancements and ensuring best practices across the Global Real Estate Team. The role will also provide administrative support to the team in developing standardised templates for various functions, such as leadership presentations and business processes.

The ideal candidate should be capable of collaborating with senior and mid-level leadership and various functions within the organization. Key relationships include working closely with Real Estate Regional Leaders and their teams, the Finance team, Insights Analytics & Planning, Regional Strategic Planning Managers, Regional Transaction Managers, Lease Administration, Legal, Governmental Affairs, other E&PS colleagues to define and implement document management effectively.

The Administrator Support role reports into the J&J Real Estate Strategy & Analytics team and is responsible for document management, onboarding administration, and maintaining / updating departmental policies, playbooks, and templates. This will involve:

  • Document management – creating a new SharePoint site for all RE, with appropriate permission sets. Could include internal auditing also.

  • Onboarding - documenting that all necessary trainings / playbooks etc are provided, both internally and to our partners.

  • Playbook / Policy updates - coordinating with different groups to collate changes, maintain and update

  • Templates – CAR Submissions, presentation layouts for recurring requests or business updates.

  • Departmental - Update and maintain org charts, G&O’s, report outs on initiatives etc.

  • Attendance at Global Governance team meetings (virtual) and confidently present new templates / tools to support the Real Estate Teams.

The ideal candidate should be capable of collaborating with senior and mid-level leadership and various functions within the organization, possessing strong business administration knowledge and problem-solving skills. You will also bring:

  • Bachelor’s in business administration, Real Estate or equivalent work experience required

  • Strong business administration knowledge and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 office suite

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate.

This contract will run for 12 month contract

This role is OUTSIDE IR35 - we can only consider PAYE or Umbrella pay type.
