As a Regulatory Affairs, you will be a backbone of the MedTech team, ensuring that our products reach the patients who need them through meticulous compliance and administrative excellence. You will join a dynamic environment in Zuchwil, working in a hybrid model that balances onsite collaboration with focused remote work.
roles and responsibilities
You will provide vital administrative and technical support to ensure product compliance with global country regulations.
This will involve:
Provides administrative support to ensure product compliance with country regulations.
Assists in the collection, validation, and maintenance of files for evaluation by regulatory authorities to provide compliance support for internal and external audits.
Collects and stores data and documentation from the relevant agency and other applicable import/export notifications.
Ensures prompt and accurate access to regulatory information concerning current, pending, and future submissions, approvals and renewals and requests FSC.
Maintains partnerships with other functions to obtain information necessary for submission to regulatory agencies.
Ensures the updating of regulatory processes, work instructions, training materials, and filing registrations.
Posts, retrieves, and reports on data from Regulatory Affairs and related databases.
how to succeed
You are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for regulatory excellence and a "first-time right" mentality.
You will also bring:
A good first degree in a relevant discipline (Scientific, Legal, or Engineering preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience within regulatory affairs within a medical device organization.
Strong knowledge of EU medical device regulations and worldwide regulatory procedures.
Proven track record of completing projects within agreed timescales.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PLM systems like Windchill or SAP is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German nice to have
