roles and responsibilities
The PA (Product Analyst) FICO is part of the overall Transact Invoice to Pay stream and will support the Invoice management squad. The consultant will lead the effort to design solutions that meets the business requirements. The PA understands the Accounts Payable business processes, mainly the integration with FICO, and works closely with the business partners and TPO Invoice Management (Technical Product Owner) to deliver the new solution in S/4 Hana.
The PA will also support the consulting related to FI integrations & translation into End-to-End accounting models. The PA will facilitate the implementation, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Will ensure that the Agile Methodology is the primary option to deliver the IT solution. Supported by the different TPO’s (Invoice Management and Payment), the PA will deliver the Epics, Features and User Stories to the Scrum Team. Will schedule the demos of the IT solution with the TPM, TPO and business partners. Will support the business during UAT testing, Cut Over Activities and the Go Live. This will involve:
Building strong partnerships with business
Business IT interface
Understand the business’s needs
Liaise between the IT department and the Business on functional design items for software delivery in the finance space.
Business requirements analysis
Creating Epics/Stories
Setup POC where needed
Defines Acceptance criteria
Understands Product complexity and how to prioritize business requirements
Understands development estimates and how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements
Understand accounting impact & interdependencies
Program oversight
Partners with Scrum Master and Scrum Team to estimate development effort
Reports back to the Technical Product Owner on status of the delivery of features and functionality
Manage to assure compliance and adherence to all SOX, regulatory and business requirements
Resolves business and technical challenges to deliver on time, cost and quality and to ensure realization of business benefits
Effectively communicate expectations and status to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

how to succeed
The PA must have a strong accounting background & strong knowledge of the technology used to meet the business requirements. Requirements:
10- 15 years of relevant experience
Expert in SAP S/4 FICO with deep knowledge in Accounts Payables
Ability to translate business requirements into Technical Epics/Stories. Experience working across multiple levels of business and IT stakeholders.
Strong technology knowledge and how to apply that technology
Strong accounting background
Strong SAP S/4 technology knowledge
Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Testing Tools
Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
Strong problem solving, analytical and design skills are required.
Solid written, presentation and verbal communication skills are required.
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
Fluent in English – both written and verbal
Experience integrating SAP & non-SAP systems, with exposure to VIM product in S/4 Hana is preferred.

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a 12 months duration and has a strong chance of extension. This is a fully remote position.
US travel required (1 week a year) to attend a workshop is a required.
