As the Senior Business Analytics Manager, you will be the analytical point of contact for the business, providing business insights and translating analytical outputs to the brand team and company, leading to informed, actionable and robust business decisions.
roles and responsibilities
Working as a Senior Business Analytics Manager you will work with various teams in Janssen. This will involve:
Translate key business questions to conceive, design, develop, and implement analytical solutions. End-to-end analytical solutions may include developing requirements, gathering/processing/analysing data, and delivering insights through various channels (presentations, applications, other content).
Data Storyteller - with analysis, optimally communicate meaningful insights from datasets using narratives and visualisations
Forecasting - partnering with Country Value Team, we define and apply assumptions to forecast model, supported by our analysis derive outputs for financial and demand planning, and business case support
Analysis - utilising analytical methodologies with our data to develop insights and hypothesis to better enable increased understanding and support appropriate action
Challenge Partner - be a counterpoint, present alternative interpretations of the data and insights to ensure all possibilities are considered
Leadership - develop and mentor your team ensuring business requirements are met. Engage and lead cross-functional colleagues to achieve objectives

Your analytical insights and recommendations will contribute to competitive advantage. The perfect candidate will demonstrate a culture of analytical curiosity and provide novel data driven insights on business questions. You will also bring:
BA/BS required
BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science preferred
Ability to utilise statistical approaches and software such as R, Python etc.
Excel to an advance level
Experience in utilising common visualisation software (Qlik, Tableau, etc.)
Development of patient-based forecast models
Working in cross-functional teams
Confidence to present and engage with senior business partners
Desirable
Associate Certified Analytics Professional -aCAP
Certified Analytics Professional - CAP
Previous experience working in or for pharmaceutical companies
