roles and responsibilities

Supporting the EMEA MedTech business for the Cluster markets. This role will have responsibility for partnering with and supporting the country Business Unit Finance leadership, with all financial planning, reporting and analytical activities, as well as driving finance standardisation, optimisation and further deepening forecasting and analytical capability for the finance function in EMEA. This will involve: 

  • Support the local Business Unit Finance (BUF) team by providing financial analytics/ insights enabling delivery of financial forecasts, through relevant performance analysis

  • Assist BUF finance in the planning cycles, working in close collaboration with country/ franchise partners, Finance Directors & business leaders to help develop plans, forecasts and identify opportunities to improve the cluster P&L contribution

  • Deliver all budget and forecast planning submissions through relevant systems, accurately and on time.

  • Manage all target adjustments within the geographies supported

  • Promote regional standards, and pursue regionalisation of activity to continuously unlock potential for delivering superior decision support

  • Develop and identify business needs analytics, and leveraging standard data and tools to deliver innovative analytical solutions



how to succeed

The successful candidate will be collaborative and dynamic in style, always seeking to improve the way things are achieved and will apply a forward thinking analytical mindset. You will also bring:

  • Broad based experience preferred – prior commercial / Operating Company Experience / FP&A strongly desired

  • Experience of working in a regional/ global organisation with matrix business relationships

  • Proven track record of high performance and driving process improvements across a complex business environment

  • Prior working knowledge of TM1 and Tableau is a plus

  • Ideally familiar with Johnson & Johnson worldwide procedures, practices and systems
