Working mode: Hybrid, 3 days on-site and 2 WFH
Hours: 39 hours per week
Pay rate range: Competitive hourly rate (PAYE, Umbrella and Ltd options available)
Imagine your next project as Senior Finance Analyst. DePuy Synthes, a market-leading Medical Devices business within Johnson & Johnson, has an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst within the MedTech Principal Operations, Centre of Excellence (MTPO COE). This role is supply-chain focused, with the opportunity to gain extensive exposure across the organization.
This Senior Analyst position operates in a dynamic global environment supporting multiple World Wide Business Unit Directors to achieve inventory targets and deliver inventory reductions and efficiencies.
roles and responsibilities
Provide support to the MTPO inventory reporting team, supporting the operational reporting of Joints Gross and Net inventory
Reporting, forecasting and analysis of Joint Reconstruction balance sheet inventory and inventory reserves
Monthly closing process (P&L and Balance) and submissions
Yearly Business Plan and quarterly Forecasting updates (P&L and Balance Sheet)
Partner with the PLAN functional leads in the MTPO for S&OP and inventory
Provide support to cross-functional projects impacting inventory and supply chain product flows
Maintaining the highest compliance standards and assisting in audit and SOX compliance testing

how to succeed
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA accountant
Desirable:
3+ years of relevant multinational experience
Supply chain finance experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry an advantage
Proven track record in multicultural business partnering
Key competencies:
Good analytical and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player and willing to work in a flexible environment
Results orientated
Accuracy with attention to detail
Strong technical accounting and compliance knowledge
Demonstrated record of driving continuous improvements in execution
Ability to translate complex situations into simple working solutions
Accuracy with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
