roles and responsibilities
AGP Reporting: Support the MedTech AGP team in reporting EES AGP on a quarterly basis and for forecast cycles
Responsible for the consolidation and tie out of AGP activity from multiple entities and ERP’s on a monthly basis
Engage with other EES AGP site owners to ensure completeness in Actuals and Forecast reporting
Prepare accurate and timely submissions on a quarterly basis for all AGP actual and forecasting cycles
Drive efforts to resolve unexplained AGP variances vs forecasts and on As Reported vs Addback analysis
Calculate and analyze quarterly Royalty between US, and Switzerland
Prepare and submit monthly hedging exposures forecast
Prepare and analyze manual entries during monthly close
Support audit/tax requests and analysis
Become a valued member of the team, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as required
Engage in strategic projects, including process improvements targeted towards complexity reduction in Surgery Supply Chain and standardization and harmonization of AGP & inventory related financial processes across MedTech

how to succeed
Essential
3+ years of relevant multinational experience
Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA accountant or equivalent
Desirable:
Supply chain finance experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record in multi-cultural business partnering
You will also bring:
Key Competencies
Excellent in analytical work, communication, framing and business partnering skills
Proactive and energetic approach with a demonstrated record of driving continuous process improvements in a dynamic environment
Strong PC skills, preferably in Excel (intermediate level), General Ledger, SAP, Alteryx, and other computer applications
Accuracy with attention to detail
Framing and communication of complex data
Strong compliance mindset with experience of SOX or audit requirements.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a minimum of 12 months and will be reviewed for an extension.
