The Johnson & Johnson MedTech Companies are recruiting a proactive and impact-driven Senior Financial Analyst to support the ELC FP&A organization within a dynamic supply chain environment.
roles and responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting base business activities and providing support to shape future-state processes and new technology deployments throughout the transition to an end-state operating model.
Provide continuity of plan, budget, and month-end close activities for the Surgery WCH scope during the transition period, including manufacturing support function review, accounting, and analysis; ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely delivery.
Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to Supply Chain, Plant Finance, Tax, Global and Transformation stakeholders, providing insight-driven financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision making
Support and coordinate intercompany cross-charge activities for manufacturing support functions, ensuring consistent treatment, clear documentation, and timely issue resolution.
Partner cross-functionally to maintain master data accuracy across a multi-system landscape, proactively identifying and addressing data or process issues that could impact close or reporting quality.
Ensure strong financial controls and compliance throughout the transition period, embedding SOX and internal control requirements into daily execution while safeguarding the integrity of existing finance processes.
Drive automation and continuous improvement opportunities where appropriate, focusing on stabilisation of CFIN, efficiency gains, and acceleration of close timelines.
Document key processes, dependencies, and known issues to enable effective knowledge transfer and a successful handover to the permanent end-state role.
Support finance and business transformation (TranSCend, TransAct, SigniFi), supporting new initiatives of future-state operating models, systems, and processes.
how to succeed
3 to 6 years of relevant supply chain finance and/or principal accounting
Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry desirable
A minimum of a BA within finance with a demonstrated record of strong technical accounting & compliance knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - collaborating, influencing & framing effectively across all levels of management
Exhibit strong analytical skills, flexibility, and a high level of dedication.
Proficient with ERPs, reporting systems (TM1, SAP, CFIN, Anaplan …) and automation solutions (Alteryx, Power BI, ...) preferable
Ability to build positive relationships and partner with multiple teams and functions
Ability to multi-task, work through ambiguity, deliver and thrive in a fast-paced work environment of evolving technology and business needs
