J&J Innovative Medicine Principal Operations belongs to the Innovative Medicine Companies of Johnson & Johnson. J&J IM Principal Operations is a global organization located in the USA, Belgium, Ireland, The Netherlands, Singapore and Switzerland. Within J&J IM Principal Operations, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Innovative Medicine business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with J&J Innovative Medicine Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.
Currently we are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst – Inventory & Costing to join the IMPO organization. The purpose of the role is to pro-active lead the standard costing process for Zug and Actelion Sourcing plants with a critical mindset towards variances analyses and stakeholder deliverables. In this role you will work in a cross-country virtual team with direct colleagues in Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland and Netherlands, to manage day-to-day activities for standard costing and intercompany pricing while looking continuously into process improvements. Collaboration with key stakeholders (Supply Chain, R&D, Planning, Tax, Trade compliance, …) is key to drive the financial set-up of new product flows.
roles and responsibilities
Lead the standard cost pricing process (actual and budget ) and the financial flows for products sourced out of Switzerland (Zug and Actelion).
Maintain the standard costing master data and Intercompany pricing daily.
Act as a SME to provide Business support related to finance approval tools (sIDMa/Pendulum/ICP-tool).
Collaborate with key stakeholders (Supply Chain, R&D, Planning, Tax, Trade compliance, …) to drive the financial set-up of new products flows.
Act as finance SME for Lifecycle Management of Zug and Actelion owned products.
Embrace change and challenging the status quo. Drive standardization and harmonization including process improvements and new ways of working, aligning other MRCs with the wider IMPO team. Contribute & influence digital transformation solutions and identify ways to live into technology enhancements to increase efficiency of internal processes.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, SAP and Supply Chain & Cost Accounting experience is an asset.
Fluency in English is a requirement.
Fluency in Excel and other digital tools (eg Copilot).
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. MBA or master’s in finance is preferred.
