The Project:

Janssen Supply Group, LLC is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst for Manufacturing & Technical Operations (MTO) consolidations. This position will be remote, working from EMEA.


The Role:

Reporting within the Janssen Supply Chain Finance organization, the Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Finance Manager for MTO and support the global manufacturing sites around the world. The position requires interaction with senior management from a variety of functions throughout the organization.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support major forecast updates, ensure timely and accurate quarterly financial closing/reporting, submission of results and reviews with Leadership. 
  • Analyze performance versus financial plans/commitments and drive analytics and insights on financial results. 
  • Prepare and present quarterly close commentary for platform reviews as required.
  • Partner effectively with the manufacturing site controllers to develop and report platform analytics relating to Headcount and Absorption.
  • Support ad-hoc requests and analysis.



Professional Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years business experience is required. 
  • Pharmaceutical Life Science experience ideally. 
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and/or consumer products industry is preferred.  
  • Experience in Supply Chain is preferred.
  • The candidate must possess excellent analytical skills (MS Excel)


Education Requirements: 

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
  • Accounting or Finance degree preferred. 


Other Requirements:

  • Conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Must have experience analysing data.
  • You must work well in a dynamic team environment, be able to work independently, and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You must be confident at building relationships virtually.
  • Must be able to work in a global environment and collaborate with business partners located in various time zones.

In return for this role you will receive a very competitive hourly rate. Working 100% remote. 


A minimum 10 month contract & an opportunity to work with a Global Leader within the Pharmaceutical sector, Johnson & Johnson.
