Location: Cork, Ringaskiddy
Duration: 23 months
Hours: 39 hours per week
Working mode: Hybrid, 3 days on-site, 2 WFH
Pay rate range: Competitive hourly rate
Imagine your next project as Senior MDR Analyst. As part of this role, you would provide leadership in shaping, developing and tracking Supply Chain execution & SKU level transition plans for Power Tools for the MDD to MDR transition. The person will be responsible for delivering a smooth supply chain transition for these businesses, while also continuing to support the ongoing cutover for Joint Recon & Mitek Shoulders portfolios.
roles and responsibilities
Partnering with PELT R&D leads & Base Business planning organisation to ensure no disruption to supply as part of the MDD to MDR transition
Provide leadership for the Anspach PT transition, leading weekly execution calls to track progress to plan. Escalate risks and hold team members accountable for their deliverables.
Support cutover plan activities to develop timelines for supply chain execution for all Tech Files
Facilitate and lead project reviews with senior stakeholders in the PT business.
Day to day management and tracking of cadences, KPIs and key processes for the transition from MDD to MDR across Joint Recon & PT.
Lead synchronization with PELT partners on cadence and SKU scope.
As part of the Joint Recon SELT team support issue resolution as part of variant creation – (where needed lead engagement with base business planners & HCL variant create workstreams).
Support where needed the development of the supply chain strategy to execute the transition to MDR.
Support the monthly engagement process with regional stakeholders.
Support PELT supplier validation work in advance of tech file kick-off: ensure required alignment & address any impediments.
Provide analytical support to other projects as required.

Experience and Education
Third level qualification required, MBA or Masters Degree preferred.
Required knowledge, skills, abilities, certification/licenses
Previous experience in a logistics/supply chain role is essential
Proven organizational & collaboration skills
Computer Literate
Customer focus (internal & external)
Good interpersonal skills required
Good written, oral, and presentation skills required
Proven ability to collaborate to get to desired result
Comfortable with change and ambiguity
Adaptable to meet rapidly changing priorities
