Description and Duties:

This person would work with the Packaging Rigid Procurement Team, reporting to the Global Bottle/Caps Source Manager.


-   The role is based in Zug, Switzerland.
-   Perform analytics, reporting and financial follow ups for two of the largest global projects.
-   Perform analytics on Procurement's KPIs and make improvement recommendations.
-   Complete Rigid Packaging Procurement Database.
-   Responsible for data maintenance for Procurement Rigid Team.

Qualifications:

-   Fluent English skills (MUST)
-   Minimum 3 years experience working with data analytics and reporting (MUST)
-   Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (MUST)
-   Data driven person, excellent quantitative skills (MUST)
-   Good understanding of financial terms (PREFERRED)
-   Experience in the FMCG/Packaging industry (PREFERRED)

 

Job Description

Prepares and negotiates subcontract specifications, work statement, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized material, equipment, and services. 

Prepares and analyzes bid packages and use decision-making tools/models, including financial and non financial criteria, to facilitate award recommendations. 

Assist in conducting comprehensive supplier analysis (strategic direction, financial due diligence, market position, power within industry,

Analyzes and assimilates data to make recommendations in support of the company business goals for critical sourcing and procurement decisions. 

Ensures data accuracy. 

Implements supplier contracts and agreements where appropriate. 

Participates in existing contracts administration. 

Administers purchase orders/scheduling agreement within systems. 

Participates in bidding and supplier selection process. 

Works with both supplier quality department and external supplier in resolving quality non conformance issues.

Recommend changes and enhancements to systems and processes and actively collaborate with others to improve efficiency.
