Imagine your next role as a Paperless Lab Subject Matter Expert in the Advanced Therapies QC department based in Leiden.
You will be responsible for the deployment and maintenance of the digital lab system. Your role will involve connecting with local method SMEs to implement paperless methods into the lab, ensuring alignment with other J&J sites.
As a Project manager paperless labs (iLABs), you will:
Create digital drafts for methods that are currently performed on paper.
Develop and update reagent and instrument templates in the LIMS system.
Contribute to the design of master data for use in digital methods.
Perform validation of master data.
Manage updates to existing digital methods.
Provide training to operators on the newly deployed methods.
Act as the contact point for the lab in case of questions.
Assist in the setup and validation of instrument interfaces.
To be successful in this role you have:
BSc or MSc in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences or IT-related).
Experience working in a regulated laboratory.
Experience with ELISA, FACS, or qPCR is considered a plus.
Proven experience with digital lab systems like LIMS (preferably Labvantage) and SDMS, with key user or business admin roles being advantageous.
Experience in participating in process improvement projects.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
