Variant Supply Chain Planner / Co-ordinator
Location: Cork, Ireland - Hybrid working - 3 days a week on site
Duration: 12 months
Hours: 39 hours
Support the variant team and S&OP department to optimise supply chain activities. Produce metrics and communicate updates on assigned actions. Prepare presentations and analyse data to facilitate decision making.
roles and responsibilities
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
Advise and coach project teams on necessity to create variant code o Advise and coach project teams through variant code approval and setups, following procedural process
Upload variant codes to Regulatory Database
Verification that all critical set-up steps are completed
Work with affected departments to ensure smooth transition of variant code into the Supply Chain
Co-ordinate meetings across various groups to support the introduction of variant codes into the Supply Chain
Publish regular updates from Project team to wider audience including senior management
Lead regular global meeting to coordinate all variant code creation projects o Manage general variant code queries
General
Support on-going projects
Participate and support with system and process enhancements
how to succeed
Essential
Degree in business or supply chain related fields or equivalent business experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to effectively communicate with external and internal customers
Be proactive in the resolution of issues through key stakeholder engagement
Knowledge of supply chain process and systems – ERP/MRP etc.
Must be methodical and analytical and able to resolve issues to root cause o
Excellent attention to detail
Desirable
Involvement in one or more significant supply chain projects.
Previous experience in supply chain role and regulated environment desirable.
Working knowledge of various ERPs desirable
