Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Zug (hybrid working 3 days onsite, 2 days home office)

Duration of the contract: Until 31st December 2026 

Hours per week: 40 hours

Essential: 5+ years of end-to-end supply chain project management experience, previous experience within a pharma, medtech, or biotech regulated environment, background within label content management, proven track record in a regulatory GMP environment, mandatory experience working within a large global landscape (USA, China, EMEA, etc.).

Imagine your next project driving a critical transformation within a global MedTech leader. As part of the planned DePuy Synthes separation (Project Osprey), you will act as a pivotal specialist leading the strategic change of product labels across the J&J MedTech portfolio, ensuring legal entity data is updated seamlessly without disrupting global supply.

roles and responsibilities 

You will lead and coordinate cross-functional label changes to reflect new company details across surgery, EP, and Neuro portfolios.

This will involve:

  • Leading and coordinating label content changes cross-functionally.

  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders: BU Supply Chain, Deliver, JJT, and Regulatory Affairs.

  • Driving project timelines across multiple time zones (including APAC, Russia, and China).

  • Navigating the J&J technology landscape to ensure data integrity.



how to succeed You are a seasoned supply chain professional who thrives in highly regulated, global environments and understands the complexity of MedTech labeling requirements.

You will also bring:

  • 5+ years of end-to-end supply chain project management experience.

  • Previous experience within a pharma, medtech, or biotech regulated environment.

  • Essential experience within label content management.

  • Proven track record in a regulatory GMP environment.

  • Mandatory experience working within a large global landscape (USA, China, EMEA, etc.).

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with the J&J technology landscape is desirable.
