Essential: SAP (within supply chain), experience in packaging, manufacturing, labelling from Pharma, Life Science, Clinical or Research & Development background.

The Clinical Supply Chain Department (CSC) is part of the Chemical & Pharmaceutical Development & Supply organization and plays a crucial role in delivering medicines to our patients during the development phase of a new product.
Aim of the position - Main Responsibilities
Due to an increase and acceleration of systems-related projects, CSC Systems group is looking to augment the team with an experienced supply chain systems professional.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Who we are looking for
Incident Management for SAP in the Pack & Label area (30%)
Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for users in case of issues + follow-up
Just-In-Time (JIT) consignment issues
Preparation of test scenarios and test scripts
Preparation of test data
Coordinate test execution with IT and business users
Change Requests for SAP in the Pack & Label area (40%)
Implementing integration of lab information management system (eLIMS) with SAP
Backlog grooming + clean-up of release SharePoint
Follow-up meetings with business partners
Preparation of test scenarios and test scripts
Preparation of test data
Coordinate test execution with IT and business users
Governance Process and Documentation improvement (30%)
Streamline and improve SAP system governance process
Streamline and improve SAP user access request and governance process
Create and/or update end user documentation and training materials for SAP usage in Clinical Supply Chain.
how to succeed
Education & Experiences
Experience in SAP (INM, POM, SLS, others are an asset) is a must-have
Experience in SDLC and GxP applications.
Experience in qTEST
Experience in Pack & Label processes
Minimum of 5 years of working experience, preferably in life sciences / clinical supply chain
Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage
Ability to work in an environment where short timelines require high level of flexibility while maintaining high degree of accuracy
Strong virtual collaboration skills
