Location: Remote (we accept applications from candidates based in the UK, Ireland or Belgium only)

Duration: 12 months (opportunity for a contract extension)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay rate range: Competitive hourly rate (PAYE and Umbrella options available for UK and Ireland. Employment Consultant option for Belgium)

Imagine your next project as Technical Analyst. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Technical Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Contract Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for performing templated technical analyses for our organization. This position requires a basic understanding of statistics, proficiency in data analysis, and a basic programming skillset, preferably in Python.

roles and responsibilities

• Perform templated technical analyses using established procedures and methodologies.

• Collect and analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform decision-making processes.

• Work closely with team members to gather data requirements and ensure accurate and relevant analyses.

• Develop and maintain data analysis tools, scripts, and programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations of analysis findings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support and assist in solving complex problems.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in statistical analysis, data visualization, and programming techniques.

how to succeed

• Basic understanding of statistics and statistical analysis methodologies.

• Proficiency in data analysis using various tools and techniques.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Python is indeed a requirement, though 6 months to 1 year of experience is all the needed experience.
