Imagine your next project supporting the roll-out of new digital capabilities to strengthen customer experience development of the UK Vision Care Business. The role will develop and deploy a key digital project to build the new ACUVUE® B2C website platform to enhance business performance. 

roles and responsibilities

Working alongside the UK and EMA teams, the successful candidate will be dedicated to this specific project

This includes:

• Review content and customer journey to effectively facilitate implementation of the new B2C website. 

• Analyse performance insights to identify and implement improvements that will drive effectiveness.

• Assess and deploy new functionality to increase connections between Consumers and facilitate seamless digital experiences

• Working with the wider team, this individual would develop content in line with brand guidelines and lead internal content approval processes as required. 

• Key items to deliver in conjunction with the UK marketing team and in collaboration with UK cross-functional stakeholders, EMEA marketing teams and IT:

• Facilitate the creation, redesign and launch of external B2C website structure in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. 

• Review of site structure and links. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements ensuring effective categorisation and functioning. 

• Manage website content refresh including text, image, videos and other media. Ensure all website content is copy cleared and approved for the United Kingdom using internal JJV processes. 

• Work with internal teams (including IT) to ensure all website security, privacy and compliance guidelines are applied.    

• Complete user testing to assess usability, efficacy and effectiveness of the website, with subsequent recommendations for improvements to internal teams.

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of JJV B2C websites customer journey. Ensure all main acquisition platforms are up and running to ensure continuity.  Design and implement transition plan to launch new website platform without negative impacts on consumer experience, including redirecting existing links

• Understand new website platform functionality and make recommendations for UK implementation to develop the consumer experience

• Analyse website performance and track results to ensure correct implementation of tracking parameters has been set up correctly.  

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

how to succeed

You will hold previous experience in web design, website administration, project management preferred. We are looking for highly organised individuals to come in and make an impact. 

You will also bring:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.

• Exceptional verbal, numerical and analytical skills essential  

• Understanding of websites, web practice, user experience, CMS systems and administration.

• This role will require a digital background to understand the integration of functionalities to improve the Consumer Experience.  The role also demands marketing communication skills to ensure content execution is engaging and effective.

• Exceptional project management skills, including ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• High analytical skills and attention to detail. 

• Self started being able to make an immediate impact.

• Proficiency level of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related software.

• Proficient in Veeva Vault copy clearance software and Salesforce.com highly preferred.
