Johnson & Johnson Worksense (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce.


For Johnson & Johnson Medical in Diegem, we are looking for an Operational Support/Administrative Officer.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responds to customer inquiries regarding Biosnese Webster Product installation process and coordinates with 3rd party suppliers when applicable.
  • Analyzes and reports weekly back to Management on Biosnese Webster Products installation progress.
  • Ensure all activities are within Service Management System through Daily updates and documentation.
  • Maintain traceability of Biosnese Webster products through Daily updates and documentation.
  • Collects data and prepares routine reports for management.
  • Reviews Franchise-specific Return Orders daily.
  • Takes necessary contacts with relevant parties to understand Product/Service status.
  • Support various project assignments through implementation as assigned.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Fluent in English and another EU language.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Having a thorough practical knowledge of computers.
  • Eye for detail.
  • Stong communication, adminstration, time management and organizational skills.
  • Junior profile who is willing to learn and has a real desire to deliver first class customer service.
  • Experience of working in a customer service role before is desired but not necessary.
  • Previous experience of working with CRM systems would be an advantage.
  • Willing to work on a full time basis from the JNJ offices in Diegem (once current restrictions allow).

 

 

EXTRA INFORMATION:

  • Flexible working hours.
  • This is a contracting position, with the possibility of an extension after the end date. You will receive a contract via our partner Randstad Professionals. They can offer you a project contract for the duration of the assignment at J&J, a permanent contract or a freelance contract.
