Key responsibilities: 

• Responsible for liaising between the business/end users and technology systems development teams for business needs requiring technology-based solutions.

• Identifies and analyzes business needs, and defines scope and objectives.

• Makes recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.

• Develops roadmaps for applications

• Understands business requirements and document the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices).

• Translates business requirements into application requirements.

• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources.

• Proficiency in conducting thorough business process analysis and requirements gathering.

• Clear and concise communication skills to effectively convey ideas and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Active listening skills to understand the needs and concerns of end-users and business stakeholders.

• Basic understanding of technology systems and applications.

• Familiarity with software development methodologies

• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology-driven solutions to enhance business outcomes.

• Capacity to identify root causes of issues and propose innovative solutions.

• Ability to think critically and logically to solve complex problems.

• Experience in managing projects, including defining scope, objectives, and timelines.

• Ability to create clear and comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.

• Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Thoroughness in documenting and analyzing requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Fluent in German language (essential)
