Based onsite at Janssen UK, High Wycombe, for 3 days per week, working remotely for 2 days per week

Pay rate £35 - £40 per hour dependent upon experience

Contract to start ASAP until end of March 2023

The Role:

Janssen UK is recruiting a Business Analytics Manager within our UK Operating Company located in our High Wycombe office. As a core member of one of our brand teams, you will work alongside the market research team to provide coordinated business insights to advise decision making.
 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively and constructively engage with BI colleagues, Brand Team, Finance and EMEA functional networks to develop forecasts to support business plan and long-range forecasts for in-market and pipeline brands
     
  • Provide consolidated and timely analysis harnessing multiple data sources to provide the business with an objective insight into current and future performance through regular and ad-hoc reporting
     
  • Delivery of forecasts to the business including LRFP (Long Range Financial Plan), FBP (Final Business Plan) & latest thinking in conjunction with Finance & Commercial colleagues
     
  • Prepare monthly brand performance reports and prepare other ad hoc reports/analyses as required and make suggestions in conjunction with Commercial Leads
     
  • Work across the business to drive customer interaction excellence and to support the set-up of targeting, territory structures & reporting
     

 

Professional Experience Required:

  • Experience working in Business Analytics and/or Finance
  • Experience within a Pharmaceutical Company or an agency delivering projects to pharmaceutical companies would be beneficial
     
  • Development of sales and patient based forecast models
     
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams
     
  • Confidence to present and engage with senior partners
     
  • Ability to translate complex data into a narrative
