Digital & Business Transformation Project Manager - High Wycome (Hybrid)

This is a hybrid role and you would need to be on site 2 -3 days week.

Digital & Business Transformation (DBT) needs a Project Manager to support 2 transformational initiatives with the following deliverables:

JO.E (Next Best Action) Implementation, Change Management and move to Business as Usual

  • Plan, track and deliver 2022 tasks
  • Implementation of Tremfya and Erleda Brands
  • Change Management – ensuring training of teams, communication and storytelling to Commercial Leads, New Starter Onboarding training pack
  • Dynamic Insights pilot completion and forward next steps
  • Delivery of Sales Uplift calculation
  • Definition of BAU operating model
  • Transition to BAU (target: from 2023 JOE should operate in BAU) including capability assessment and training


 

Product Portfolio definition and set up of Agile Ways of Working

  • Gather and validate DBT Product Portfolio, capturing Agile dimensions e.g. Product Owner, Value Leaver, e.t.c.
  • Identification of initial Teams and Roles
  • Training and coaching in Agile ways for working
  • Act as Scrum Master for initial teams to show by doing
  • Design and set up of DBT Product Portfolio Governance
  • Capacity plan across DBT Product Portfolio



 

Experience Required:

  • Change management
  • Developing and executing plans
  • Agile working (previous Scrum master ideally)
  • Portfolio development (nice to have)
  • IT project (nice to have)



 

Other Requirements:

  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent communicator and influencer



 

In Return:

In return for this role you will receive a very competitive hourly rate. A minimum 6 month contract & an opportunity to work with a Global Leader within the Pharmaceutical sector, Johnson & Johnson.
