Imagine your next role as a Electrical Installations Lead to ensure that electrical installations, equipment, and appliances are safe to use.
About the role
In this role you need a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership qualities, and safety consciousness.
Main Responsibilities
All electrical installations and all electrical equipment.
Maintaining the safety of electrical installations and electrical equipment by having regular inspections carried out and ensuring that any defects found are repaired promptly.
Setting up an access control system for areas with electrical hazards.
Establishing procedures for operating the installation.
Approving plans for carrying out work, but not how to deal with work risks; this is a task for the Work Responsible Person.
Setting up a risk inventory and acting in line with it.
Authorizing the commencement of work.
Determining the re-instruction period for all designated personnel.
Providing the re-instruction.
Appointing all other employees within the electrical organization.
Keeping management informed through quarterly meetings.
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
Deep understanding of electrical systems (principles, codes like NEN 3140, best practices)
Hands-on experience with diverse electrical systems and equipment
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and interpersonal skills ( Dutch language knowledge is a big advavantage)
Proficient in risk assessment and mitigation
Capable of providing safety training and instruction
Adaptability and flexibility
