EMEA Employee Communication Contractor
Purpose of position
We?re looking for a phenomenal communicator to help us engage our employees in the EMEA region to help steer cross sector communications through a period of change.
Partnering closely with our global employee communications team and working in partnership with the regional communicators you will develop an employee communications approach that enhances our culture and builds a sense of united purpose across the EMEA organization. Key to success in this role is your strategic enterprise mindset and your ability to build and manage relationships with business partners, functional leaders, and business communication colleagues
RESPONSIBILITIES/PRINCIPAL DUTIES (Essential Functions)
?   Partner with Global Communication partners to develop compelling communications which supports the vision, values, and strategic direction of new Johnson and Johnson, and which fosters a more inclusive, engaged, and motivated workforce.
?   Lead internal crisis communication related to the health and safety of our employees and facilities (catastrophic situation, environmental disaster, pandemic response) and serve as member of the Crisis Management Response Team
?   Operationalizing of the global employee engagement strategy within our region including executional infrastructure building and planning.
?   Ensure consistency and continuity in the practice of enterprise employee communications across the EMEA region and act as a moderator and adviser on appropriateness and timeliness of communications in partnership with global and regional communication partners
?   Successfully work across the business and functional teams to present the interests of the entire Johnson & Johnson Enterprise with one voice aligned to our employee narrative

Education/experience
List minimum type and amount of relevant education, training, and experience vital to perform the position proficiently. Be specific, especially with experience.
Education and/or additional training: BA required; Advanced degree preferred.
Experience and functional competencies:
?   Minimum 10 years senior-level experience in communication with a focus on employee communciations
?   Integrating and aligning people and processes to build efficiencies and standards in a sophisticated, decentralized and matrix environment
?   Team player and natural collaborator
?   Willingness to travel
?   A proven ability to lead through influence
?   Strong command of the English language required, and fluency in at least one additional local language preferred
