Job Summary: 


 

Supporting business stakeholders to ensure invoices are paid within agreed terms.

Provides general administrative support to the finance group. 


 

Duties & Responsibilities:


 

  • Resolving Mismatches and RFI’s from Global Services in a timely fashion
  • Taking ownership and actioning more complex issues preventing suppliers from being paid as per agreed terms.
  • Producing reports, schedules and summaries for operational activities and business reviews.
  • Actively seeking and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Adhoc duties assisting within the Finance Department
  • Managing local payments ensuring  all  documentation is fully compliant 


 

Essential Skills & Experience:


 

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to operate as part of a team is critical. 
  • Must be able to work on your own initiative. 
  • Customer focused.
  • Innovative & good problem solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Results and performance driven.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP
  • Strong MS Excel
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Several years relevant finance experience
  • Demonstrates traits and behaviours in line with J&J Credo
