Finance Analyst
Johnson & Johnson Worksense (via Randstad Sourceright) is responsible for finding, engaging and contracting talent for the Johnson & Johnson contingent workforce.
We are currently recruiting a Finance Analyst to join our contingent workforce. You will be working in the Medical Devices Finance Regional Team of J&J in Diegem, Belgium. This will be an initial contract opportunity, starting from April 2022 until the end of 2022.
This is an off site (remote) position with on site access, following the rules and regulations around COVID.
Project Scope:
Digital Solutions – Standardization of Priority Franchise Agnostic Solutions (C4T / Patient Pathway, SPI and Resolution) & Franchise support for report automation
Your Responsibilities:
Activities Digital Solutions:
- E2E finance lead in the execution of financial flow change projects for Franchise agnostic Digital Solutions in EMEA
- Define & track finance action list in close collaboration with other finance functions to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects
- Active member of cross-functional team including Commercial, Supply Chain, Tax, Regulatory, Quality to assess various options and define path forward in line with the future state strategic vision
- Mapping and assessment of current processes and highlight key next steps
- Primary contact for the execution of standardization of Digital Solutions
- Manage feedback and coordinate execution of key projects across the area to drive common synergies across teams
- Ensure compliance and Tax adherence across all initiatives in in accordance with J&J policies and procedures (SOX)
Activities Franchise support:
- Support in standardization of key business reports
Minimum requirements:
- University/Bachelors’ Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- 3 to 4 years minimum of relevant finance experience in areas as accounting, budgeting, project management or General Finance.
- Strong financial and accounting foundations, compliance demeanor, interest in the business and curiosity.
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Strong collaborative, framing & communication skills
- Self-motivated, capacity to work with autonomy managing high levels of complexity
- Strong interdependent partnering and networking skills
- Ability to challenge decisions, collaborate and build trust amongst leadership, immediate team and finance colleagues
- Agility to plan and prioritize, working to tight timeframes
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural, diverse environment across all layers of the business
