Finance Analyst - Intercompany Pricing (3 positions)
Location: Zug or Zuchwil, Switzerland - Hybrid working
Duration: 12 month contract (initial contract will run until end of year and then you will receive extensions)

The purpose of this position is to support the deployment of the Pricing Table, replacing STRIVE and capture all the impacts of the Osprey project. In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position is responsible for following all company guidelines related to health, safety and environmental practices as applicable.
roles and responsibilities.
Supporting the Pricing Table deployment in DataHub involving data analysis, cleanup, maintenance and post validation.
Ensure timely and compliant maintenance of pricing and costing data in the Pricing Table during the interim period, in parallel with STRIVE, to prevent discrepancies.
Analysis and execution of Osprey LE separation impacts on the STRIVE and Pricing Table (i.e. creation of new from/to entities, SKUs in scope, transfer and validation of data).
Consistently executing recurrent reconciliation controls between STRIVE and Pricing Table during interim period, including addressing disconnects.
Update mappings diligently in case of new SKUs, flows or disconnects.
Closely partner with the project members from different areas such as MTPO AGP, CFIN, Master Data, BUF, … teams to address questions and resolve disconnects related to AGP/PII tool implementations and Addback process.
Ensuring required approvals are available for standard cost and ICP loads and changes, including support SOX audits & controls.
Developing work instructions.
Ad hoc requests and general project execution support.
how to succeed.
A minimum of a BA/BS degree or relevant qualification is required in business administration, finance, information systems or IT.
A minimum of 2 years of professional working experience in finance or data management is required.
A Master’s/MBA degree or other financial certification is an asset.
Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity.
Strong IT literacy with experience in ERP Systems & Microsoft 365. Prior experience with Alteryx and Power BI is an asset.
Working accurately in a consistent way, having a sense of urgency in executing tasks.
Ability to work with teams in a virtual environment and business partners at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication & Influencing skills across cultural differences, including the ability to navigate through ambiguity and change while optimally supporting the team and customers.
Good understanding of the Tax and SOX compliance environments, as well as the broader understanding of the impact of the Intercompany Pricing activities on the downstream finance activities is an asset.
Proficient in English.
