Finance Analyst – Intercompany Pricing
Location: Ringaskiddy, Cork
Duration: 12 months
Hours: 39 hours per week

roles and responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
Own end-to-end systems governance: build, maintain, and continuously improve platforms, workflows, and handoffs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AGP, Tax Planning, Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning, Commercial, NPI, Product Management) to enable seamless ICP calculation and setup and ensure the tax model is applied according to intercompany pricing steps within supply chain.
Execute core activities in ERPs (JD Edwards, SAP, S/4HANA) accurately and efficiently.
Support annual year-end outbound/inbound and standard-cost loads across ERPs; lead year-end GMED kits calculation.
Partner with the team lead to analyze data, validating process logic, and develop workflows for large-scale testing and production.
Ensure base business requests are completed within the agreed SLA and execute preventing controls to avoid disrupting order fulfillment.
Coordinate collection and retention of approvals for standard-cost and ICP additions/changes, ensuring SOX controls are enforced and audit requirements for ICP setup are met.
Contribute to global initiatives to streamline finance intercompany pricing across Johnson & Johnson.
Comply with all applicable company health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or IT.
Fluency in English is required, with a minimum proficiency level of C1.
Required Attributes:
Experience in data analytics, dashboarding, and reporting, preferably using Alteryx, Power BI, and SQL. Experience with Alteryx is a strong plus.
Strong IT literacy, with experience in JD Edwards 8.12, SAP ERP systems, and Microsoft 365. Experience with SAP HANA is a plus.
Relevant finance experience in the MedTech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
Project experience as a project lead, product owner, or core project team member is a strong plus.
Proven track record of effective cross-cultural business partnering.

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for a 12 month duration. This is a hybrid position, 3 days on site.
