Legal Entity Accounting Analyst

Location: High Wycombe

Duration: Until end of March 2025

Hours: 37 hours per week

Pay rate range: Competitive hourly rate (PAYE and Umbrella options available)

The Legal Entity Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting the production of Statutory Financial Statements and audits of the EMEA Legal entities.

roles and responsibilities

  • Coordinating with business partners in tax, audit, business unit finance and IT to ensure results are provided on time to meet project deadlines 

  • Prepare reports as required for country specific filing requirements

  • Deloitte statutory and non-statutory financial statements support

  • PWC audit liaison

  • Work with tax on local tax returns as a point of contact

  • Potential involvement in other projects and process improvements

  • Ad Hoc query resolution


how to succeed

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance

  • CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications are preferred

  • Previous work experience of financial reporting, documentation and audits
