Location: High Wycombe
Duration: 12 months
Working mode: Hybrid, 3 days on-site and 2 WFH
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Imagine your next project as Marketing Assistant. This role offers an opportunity to support the brand marketing team with administrative tasks critical to the execution of the product strategy. The main output will be in the form of various marketing assets which will be used across multiple channels. The marketing assistant would support the team(s) with various tasks critical to the functioning of the team.
roles and responsibilities
Promotional Assets
Liaise with agencies to co-ordinate various aspects of producing promotional assets from the generation of promotional ideas through to delivery (including copy approval) and reprint of new marketing materials
Monitor warehouse stock levels of promotional items so that they fall within specified ranges, review and update the product catalogues, order and arrange delivery of materials via Unison online so that the sales force have access to the most up-to-date and correct promotional assets
Send out updates regarding confidential destruction and provide assistance to the users of the online ordering system
Manage Prescribing Information updates, under supervision of product manager
Meetings
Co-ordinate the logistics of national & regional promotional meetings
Take a leading role in the logistics of exhibitions with support of the APM/PM
Liaise with venues, customers and agencies, order materials as required, manage events on iconnect
Copy Approval
Manage the copy approval process for various marketing assets, either partially or start to finish, ensuring smooth transitions between the Product Manager, Creative Agencies, Medical Affairs and the commercial signatory resulting in speedy sign off.
General
Answer queries from field team for all material based enquiries, check that they are set up on Unison Ordering System
Process payments to individuals and companies through the SAP system eg. Agencies and HCPs
Track spend and facilitate budget tracking under supervision of product manager
Monitoring inboxes

The ideal candidate would have a relevant degree (we encourage recent graduates to apply!)
Ability to multitask

Strong communicator
Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders
High level of English language (grammar checks on promotional materials)
