Roles and Responsibilities

As a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL), you will maximize the value of our company's products through high-quality scientific communication with Leading Specialists (LS). You will act as a therapeutic area scientific expert, debating our products to ensure patients receive the right treatment at the right time. This will involve:

  • Serving as a resource for scientific information, clinical research, and emerging trends within your therapeutic area.

  • Building and maintaining external relationships with Leading Specialists and being recognized as a trusted scientific partner.

  • Developing and executing stakeholder engagement plans, leveraging channels and events to optimize impact.

  • Discussing relevant scientific information with Leading Specialists in a proactive and reactive manner.

  • Gathering valuable insights into treatment patterns and scientific activities to inform the company's Medical Affairs Plan.

  • Organizing and executing medical education programs in collaboration with steering committees.

How to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need a scientific degree, such as a medical doctor, pharmacist, or a degree in life sciences. You will also bring:

  • Deep knowledge of your therapeutic area and a strong ability to interpret medical data.

  • Strong scientific and clinical acumen combined with excellent communication skills to foster peer-to-peer relationships.

  • A high degree of customer focus and an understanding of business outcomes.

  • In-depth knowledge of clinical trial execution and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • The ability to prioritize, focus, and drive for execution excellence.

  • Proficiency in Dutch & English

  • An integrity mindset, adhering to our Credo values, regulations, and HCBI guidelines.
