Imagine your next project working within the EMEA ERP Supply Chain Technology Team where they are using Agile Scrum methodology to deliver several business-critical projects.
roles and responsibilities
We have an opportunity for an Agile professional to act as Product owner for our Deliver and Finance teams.
This will involve:
Partnering with the Scrum masters and Development Teams to deliver on the
Product Backlog.
Work with stakeholders including the Deliver manager, Finance manager and Project
Managers to define backlog priorities.
Working with the Scrum teams to develop sprint plans that meet our business
priorities and project timelines.
Identifying project risks and driving mitigations
Providing leadership to the teams to allow them to self-organise in a way that
delivers the best possible business outcomes.
Participate in all Scrum Ceremonies including Daily Stand Up, Sprint Demo, and
Sprint Retrospective. Lead ceremonies for Product Backlog refinement and Sprint
Planning
how to succeed
You will have 3 + years’ experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master or Project Manager
developing software using Agile methodologies.
You will also bring:
BSc. or master’s degree in computer science or related technical field.
Possess an excellent understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Solid understanding of the Product Owner, Scrum Master and Development Team
role and User Epic and Story Creation.
Experience with JIRA or similar technology.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work effectively
with teams.
Strong leadership skills and a demonstrable bias toward action.
Experience in the following areas is desirable but not necessary – Finance business
processes or Deliver business processes including customer service and logistics.

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run until 31st December 2023 and will be reviewed for an extension.
