Responsible for managing finished goods, raw materials and WIP inventory levels at the relevant site.
This will involve:
Responsible for managing finished goods, raw materials and WIP inventory levels at the relevant site.
Oversee planning activities such as converting the net requirements (NRP) into production plans to support high levels of customer service, optimal distribution centre inventories and incorporate effective contingencies for appropriate risks and initiatives.
Responsible for planning, implementing, and initiating activities on projects related to Supply Chain to ensure project deliverable dates and scope are met.
Leads, monitors, assesses and communicates risks on key Supply Chain projects, providing regular updates to Senior Management.
Ensure compliance with current regulatory standards and guidelines (Financial, EHS and Quality Assurance).
E2E focus: assist in the development and execution of continuous improvement plans, cost reduction and performance management aligned with JJPS & JJOS standards.
Support the evaluation of current processes and the transition to improved future processes in conjunction with the wider global PP&L team, including measuring and reporting progress at specified intervals.
Building sustainable partnerships with key supply chain partners (NPI, Commercial, Product Management, GSC).
Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
How to be successful
We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain professional who can bridge the gap between data and delivery.
You will also bring
3–5 years in Supply Chain/Production Planning.
Regulated industry experience (Medical Device/Pharma) is preferred but not essential.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
Advanced in Excel (you should be comfortable with complex formulas and large datasets).
Proficient in the wider Microsoft Office Suite.
