SigniFi is focused on reshaping the way we work as a finance team for reporting & analytics for the Johnson & Johnson Finance function.

Responsibilities


  • Support SLT Data Replication & AIF Error Handling

  • Support all relevant financial Month/Year End closing activities in the EMEA financial ERP systems in scope

  • Support Financial Data Quality activities: Completeness, Accuracy & Validity reporting

  • Support triage process and ensure appropriate disposition of issues coming through SMT (Service Now), following up to the conclusion of all systems constraints

  • Provide financial systems perspective in process alignments and project implementations across finance, and address implications of change with relevant parties

  • Work closely with the FTS Run Team Sector Leads to suggest, design, and implement the data integrity continuous improvement initiatives and sustainability tasks

  • Support EMEA Finance community with systems-related queries, training, change requests/enhancements, UAT, and production support

  • Document system changes according to existing Governance procedures

  • Ensure Financial and SOX Compliance by understanding responsibilities and accountability for internal controls

  • Ensure conformance to all J&J compliance and security policies and procedures




The ideal candidate for this position should have:


  • Qualified Accountant (or International Equivalent) and SAP FICO Qualification (preferred but not a must)

  • Ability to lead and drive/influence change

  • Experience/expertise in SAP Central Finance & PaPM

  • Experience in accounting/finance function

  • Knowledge and understanding of the financial business processes and SOX compliance

  • Strong and effective communication & interpersonal skills

  • Ability to connect across cultures and communicate effectively with technical teams, users, and management
