Summary of the role:
The Senior Financial Analyst, DPS FP&A Supply Chain will report to the DPS FP&A Supply Chain Finance Manager and will be responsible for the financial Master-data and financial processes within ERP P01 that are crucial for accurate reporting, compliance, and FP&A activities.
The role combines financial planning and analysis, US GAAP reporting, and specialized technical system expertise in SAP and asks for a committed professional who can easily navigate between these various responsibilities.

We need a finance professional to deliver on the automatization of processes and simplification of the reporting. We are looking for a data-driven, high-energy professional with the ability to go deep into analysis/insight and the ability to influence decisions and actions. The right candidate will have an independent perspective, high engagement, a passion for new technologies, and an execution focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the Financial Master data and ensure the system consistency
Report timely and accurate actual figures (monthly & quarterly) and budget into different systems (Bravo, TM1 Commercial, TM1 Supply Chain, SharePoint)
Analyze gross profit for the supply chain
Drive harmonization and improvements across FP&A, suggest automation initiatives by bringing efficiency and business continuity in reporting using data analytics tools available Alteryx, Power-BI, …)
Enable & promote standardization in the FP&A COE
Qualifications:
University/Bachelors’ Degree or Equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Knowledge in Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Accounting, and US GAAP Financial Procedures is required
Ability to bring clarity to complex business issues and proven success in managing complex projects & processes
An ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, gain alignment, and influence decisions with data analytics
Standout colleague, ability to work with teams in a virtual environment to meet the future needs of the business
Work independently, take initiative, and act as a change agent
Demonstrated expertise in SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Alteryx
Proven problem-solving skills and attention to details
Excellent communication & business partnering skills
Proficiency in the English language is required
